Not to sure about yoga poses to help spondylo, but there is a clinic in JLT called American Sports Rehab that has this amazing table called the HILLDT the guy mentioned that its spinal decompression sounded kinda scare , but i did about 20 sessions with them and for the most part I'm pain free, now I go about twice a month for what they call "maintenance" you can call them at 044522208

Just want to tell everyone about a great experience I had with a nursing company out here. My mum came to visit us for a couple months from Scotland and fell very ill during her stay because of her diabetes, I saw a post on this forum for a company called healthcall in jlt and they sent an amazing nurse to be with her while we were at work. The nurse was truly a godsend as I'm not sure what we would have done without her. I would highly recommend them, our nurses name was Glady's. You can reach them at healthcall.ae.

If you are still looking for a midwife there is a great clinic in JLT that will send a licensed one to your house for a pretty low price. Name of the clinic is healthcall, they also have an obgyn and a couple pediatric drs.
