The only place you can get homeopathic remedies, if that is what you mean is Life Pharmacy, the one on Al Wasl road has a fair selection. Other pharmacies stock but not so many. Life pharmacy also has a Homeopath there who can help you with remedies in acute situations.
Another place is Dubai Homeopathy Health Centre on Al Wasl road but I don;t think they sell remedies.
I know some friends who used to take their dog down to Ghantoot to the beach area around there. There werent many people so they could take a picnic and let the dog run around.
