-maids
-laundry
I can get most of these done quite easily in JVC which is soooo convenient, so need to mentally prepare for an it if a change if it's more difficult there.

I currently live in JVC, but am thinking of moving in a couple of months and wanted to know thoughts on Remraam. If anyone lives there, would you be able to answer any of these questions;
1) Is it better to live in Ramth or Thamam?
2) What are the costs of electricity/ dewa/AC per month in a 2/3 bedroom apartment?
3) What is the general vibe in the community? Are people happy there?
4) Which is the best floor to live on? Are there issues with living in the ground floor?
5) Does anyone know a good agent who deals with Remraam?
