I wouldn't , not with crazy packed streets and the roads....ouch. Nice city, I've been and enjoyed it, but not with a baby.

Oh my!!! these prices are real!! we've checked them out. No, not sad, but wanted hubby to prove it so he actually went for viewings with agents in potential areas we want to move to. We wanted to see if it is really going to be worth moving and it is. How did rent fall so much this year? I am very happy as we rent too and will defo be moving as the bigger villas are now the same price as what we are currently paying. Shame I can't break my lease. BTW we checked - AR, The Palm and Springs so think thats a nice 'mix'. I do feel for the home owners though, it can't be nice if you own your house. I don't mean to sound insensitive.

don't you just find them all a tad too slow. Like the Mac app, or say photobucket etc etc I mean there is no shortage of storage options online. Its just I mean one big mammoth task to up load them. However, yep, good idea, and may just need to bite the bullet and open an account and start uploading and storing and being as organised as possible.

REALLY good ideas, loved all my photobooks (I got them made from kodak few years back) but the real problem is the actual 'volume' of pics. There are seriously 1000's and i'm sure we're all in the same boat, esp with just snapping away on the digi. If I were to do photobooks, we're talking 20 maybe 30 books. #Bangs head on wall. What a mess! Teach me for not keeping on top of organising.

Do they sell plain nuts - as in not roasted, no salt or sugar? If they do, please can you tell me where this place is. The landmarks I know in Deira are the City Centre Mall, the Creek, and most of the Hotels are easy enough to find. Thanks

Boo hoo!!!!!! I tried to set a support group for us on weight watchers just last week but both posts of mine got deleted. Not fair?? How did you do it? Not quite sure what rule the mods think I'm breaking either. I'm not advertising, not a paid group, just support with motivation and to keep up with weekly weigh in's.

nope, still can't find it. it must be because you are logged onto aus itunes. Oh darn it. Will have to wait for my next UK trip. Well my post about setting up a virtual online group has been deleted. It just had my email address and I asked for anyone interested to email me so i can send out the invite as it was 'request to join' on a famous social network. Apologies for whatever 'rule' I broke it was just so that our errr 'weigh' in's could be private. Never mind, lesson learnt, we can still support eachother here on a thread, no biggie.

this isn't a serious thread, for sure its not, no way. if it is, errr my apologies, not making fun, really, but which water??? really? Honestly, just shocked. Use the water that comes out of the tap. Its perfectly fine and safe for bathing/hair washing. Why would you think its not? I'm sure using mineral water would be worse for your baby as you must let them get a little 'tough'. Otherwise everything little thing is going to make them ill.

Been reading this forum a while, just couldn't be bothered to join until I saw like a million threads start up on weight watchers just as January hit lol :p Ok my two pence - I'm a gold member with WW. I was a lovely size 10, 'was' being the important word. It only took me 6 months to get to 'gold' (that means lose the weight). I lost 2 st with it. I did WW in 2006 in my final year of uni (it was the student life that added the 2st, was slim before that). So anyway, just wanted to say it does work, I am proof, I also have PCOS and I still lost the weight. Their new points plus is amazing. Seriously life changing and amazing. Its healthy and it'll give you a new 'lifestyle'. I want to do WW again. I need to lose 3st now (hahah oh boo hoo, this time, baby is to blame) but can't do it until April - thinking after Easter.

Lycon all the way, its a great wax i've used for years. But went to a 'well known' salon here who use it and the results were outrageous! ingrown hair, ripped skin, what I think were burnt marks. Impossible to get these with Lycon if done properly, impossible. I know the wax, love the wax, if anything it gets rid of ingrown hairs. So point of the story - don't be dissapointed with the wax if your first attempt fails, its the therapists that arn't experienced enough yet. Fair enough, they've only had it here for 2/3 months while in Oz they've had it for 15 or so years. Its a very difficult wax to use, so far, my experience has been so bad :(. But if you know the 'name' of a therapists that is amazing with this wax please please please please share her.
