If you're willing to make the drive I hear there is a good one with good prices in Sharjah. It called Pafan and the person who does really good hair coloring is called Raniah!
It is definitely worth getting because you can use it around in many place including around your house or during events. However, it is definitely not a way to transport from place to place because the roads don't help much.
