I've been renewing my nanny's visa by myself for the last few years. I.e. I get the papers typed and take into immigration to wait to be processed. The process changed last year and now everything has to be scanned at typing centre. I handed in the documents to my local typing centre and they keep telling me documents have been submitted but not accepted yet. They keep dragging their heels in and telling me to wait. It's a typing centre that I have used before so it doesn't seem dodgy in that respect. It's been 4 weeks now so I'm wondering why they don't outright reject my application. Has anyone else waited this long to renew nanny visa?
I currently sponsor my son and nanny in Dubai. But I am losing my job in the next few weeks. Does anyone know when the authorities cancel my visa will I have to cancel my son's and nanny's visa also?
I was hoping that they could stay in Dubai a little longer. For my son to continue his school til I find a suitable school for him back at home and the nanny to stay and look after him
