Hello, if you like a vinyasa style yoga, come on Saturday at 9am for a prenatal at Zen Yoga DMC or on Sunday at 10.45am in Zen Yoga Emirates Hills Town Center. The classes are dynamic and flowing and you can call them challenging. At the same time, you can modify and take it as easy as you want if it gets too much - modifications are always offered. Nice bunch of ladies (especially on Saturday) so an opportunity to meet other mums too :-). Eva x
Thanks for your reply, Gal, good point! Plus, the class would in Zen in Emirates Hills (Big Spinnies in the Springs) and there the traffic might be tricky. I think 10.30 to 11.30 might work better xx
Hello, I am thinking about starting a mummy&me yoga class (basically postnatal yoga focused on mummies while babies are around:) and I was wondering what time in the morning would work (in my experience, this type of class is mostly attended by mums of 2/3-month old up to 8/9/10-month old babies). I know from my own experience about the routines and that it's difficult to do something during the nap times...Would, for example, 10.45 to 11.45 be too late? Or would 8.30 to 9.30am work better? All views are welcome and will be appreciated. Thank you :-)
