Hey my baby is premie as went for a visit today the NICU was busy other days but today they mention not that many babies you can still try again to reconfirm or walk in as emergency they wouldnt say NO.
Or take an appointment with Dr Azizunisa in this week she is the head of maternity section

I was informed that recently City were not accepting women in labour at less than 38 weeks as there was a lack of space in the NICU so this may be why they have cancelled your C-Section Andrea :(
Yes, after speaking to my doctor it seems the NICU at City is full so they are not accepting any high risk deliveries. Still frustrating but at least there is a reason.
My doctor also said the facilities at Al Zahra are excellent and it is a great location for new Dubai so if I had more time I'd look into it too. Good luck.
