I looked for cerazette, the only mini pill in uae apparently, and found none. I was told it's been out of the market for the past 2 months. Please let me know if anyone bought it recently and from where. I can't use the combined pill and no other POP pill is available in UAE. If anybody has a stock not being used I'm ready to buy it immediately. I'll be grateful if one of u ladies helps me out with any info. Cheers ladies :)

as per their website, Uptown primary school charges 800aed for 3months once a week for kids 3-5y. I'm just waiting for my son(4y) to recover from a cold to register him, i'll post more details once i do :)

mommyjulz, try not to worry too much about this, your baby is tougher than you think. My son is 4y now, i only used tap water from the moment i brought him home from the hospital without any problems whatsoever! Honestly, don't bother about buying anything: shower filter, special gadgets....No need. I'll tell you what, if you're still not convinced bathe your baby with tap water for a week and observe if all is well problem solved :)

Everybody is talking about potty training but no one is mentioning discipline. At the age of 18 months onwards potty training is a must but when they start playing with their poo you must show them that it's wrong by firmly explaing that to them again and again and if all fails a smack on the wrist while explaining will do the trick. Now this is not physical abuse as it's harmless and only symbolic, it's a way to let your child know that he/she crossed the line. This course of action goes with every other serious matter and beleive me gaining control starts right now at this age or else you'll be their slave for life. Good luck :)

I was on the hunt a year ago when i visited shorooq but didn't take there coz of the play area which was not yet ready and didn't want to take a risk of it taking ages to be made. I now live in Mirdif Uptown right next to it and very happy. The park is within the compound and 2mnts away from the house and my son goes there daily. should come inside for a visit, i'm sure you'll like it. good luck :)

This is the first time i hear about such a group, what do they do exactly? Won't it be easier to just plan your own exercise routine and convenient diet rather than drive all the way? I recently followed a raw diet for 2 weeks without exercising and lost 5kg which is quick and healthy. with this diet you never have to feel hungry or count your calories, you eat as much as you want as long as it's raw...you will lose weight without even exercising but if you do combine it with exercise the slimming will be drastic! Good luck :)
