Emirates have a good reputation. I know a lot of people have used them and had no complaints. They are a bit more expensive than other airlines though. Emirta is over priced and Horseworld is also expensive and has limited stock. You are better off going to the camel souk or shopping online and using shop & ship. The tack shop at Sharjah equestrian and racing club is also an option and if you know what you want they will try find it for you. Link to some more tack shop options. If you don't have a car then the Dubai Polo & equestrian club at the Ranches will be the easiest to get a taxi to and from. Emirates equestrian centre might be a bit far. They have some lovely horses and instructors. Horse-UAE.com has a lot of different places listed if you need other options
