Question for those of you who have had the eyelid surgery done in the UAE. My eye doctor in the states told me, right before moving here, that I my vision was more than 50% obscured by the eyelid drooping. In the states, the surgery would most likely be covered by insurance.
Is it the same here, since it is not strictly for cosmetic reasons?
