Yeah mine looked good too but it was the white piece that was making it work. I do hope it fixes your problem nothing like having added stress hey ? :-)

Hiya I had this problem with mine and the way I fixed it was to go and buy new membranes. You should have a few spare in the box when you bought it. If not you can get them at babyshop. I do hope this helps and fixes your problem.

I'm on my husbands sponsorship so the company only did a Labour card for me. If I don't sign the document because of my dues what will happen to me or the company? Thanks for the replies

Hi ladies Can you please tell me what the process is for cancelling a labour card. My company is in the process of canceling it, however my boss is refusing to pay my dues to me. Do I have to sign this document or can he cancel it without my signature? Thanks ladies

Hi Smilies I gave birth at medcare on the 10th Sept. It was an ok experience, was not all that I wanted but as my 1st I didn't know what to expect. When we arrived we had to walk around trying to find someone to help us ( even after my doctor called to let them know I would be there) after getting settled the gave me an examination, hooked me up to baby monitor and then left. I asked them to call doctor and they says they had. ( they hadn't) about 2 hours later I was pushing which they said I shouldnt do as I wasn't ready. I WAS!!! when they did an exam they realizes it was time, they only then called my doctors, even though I kept asking if they had earlier. They got the duty doctor to do the delivery it was ok, she cut me though and didn't tell me, my son had cord around throat and they didn't tell us. The 1st I knew about cut wad when my doctor arrived and I asked her and she said it was only small. And I only knew about cord cause I heard a comment the nurse made. Even though my experience wasn't great, and I wish it was different I got a healthy little boy and that us all that mattered to me. I would go back to them but I will make sure that they fully understand what I want!! If you make sure your husband knows what you want he needs to be your spokesperson and be very adamant!!! Also you need to tell them you want a private room as soon as you arrive I did and still had to keep telling them till I got one. I only stayed 14 hours and then went home as I dont like hospitals. Also be prepared to have loads of accountants stealing your husband away to do paper work and payment. Sorry if it's not all positive but I guess everyones experience is different. Good luck and Congrats. Ps is this your 1st and when you due?

He kept delaying it, I begged and begged but he always had an excuse! What annoys me the most is we agreed all this before I left and now I'm not there he's changing everything plus he won't give me the holidays I'm entitled too! Ugh just what I need on top of a new born! O and he still wants me to return to work!!

Hi Ladies I am due on 14th Sept with our 1st. So excited but scared at the same time. I couldn’t wait to find out as I don’t like surprises so we ask and its a little boy (woo hoo). I have put just over 4 kgs on and my doc seems to be happy with that. Is anyone else on weekly injections? If so how are you coping? I so wish I could stop them but doc say not till 32 weeks :o( How you ladies finding the heat? I feel that it knocks me big time, and all i want to do is sleep or relax on sofa but cant due to work. Is anyone working and if so when you planning on leaving? Would be great to try arrange a meet, anyone keen? Congrats again to all you lovely ladies and I hope your all finding these months joyful. Take care and relax all you yummy mummies :o)

Hi Jasmine57 Have a look at Pet Palace, they are brillaint I have had my large dogs there and they love it, they get so excited when they get there. If you have a look at their website you will see what it looks like, they also have a facebook page that shows the kennel area, pool and outside run. But do call them as they are great and they do take very good care of your pets. Mine love their staff and they were so happy when i got them back. (think they had a better holiday then I did).

I am shocked at the way they feel they can speak to you, I have withdrawn my application as they were more than happy to put an unborn baby in jeopardy for their own reports. Its sick and so upsetting!
