Check out Ioanna from Born2Perform. She is based in The Greens but will travel to you depending on where you live. She has over 10 years experience and I've learnt an incredible amount from her. It's not just about the exercise. It's the whole lifestyle which will leaving you feeling much more energetic and positive :) It certainly changed my outlook on life.

I brought my 3 year old lab over in September last year. She has managed fine with the transition. I live in an apartment in Tecom (right beside the greens). My dog grew up in a flat back in the uk so was no big change for her. As long as they get the exercise they are fine. Sleeping on the floor of an apartment and sleeping on the floor of a villa......what's the difference. Get in touch with me when you arrive and I'm havppy to set up play dates for the dogs as this is the best and most enjoyable way to exercise them! All the best with the move

Thank you for everyone's insight for the process. Madge, unfortunately I'm not lucky enough to have the disposable income to fly home, pay for the same day service, and fly back to Dubai. It will cost too much.

My kids swim with Absolute Swimming. I find their times great for fitting into the kids busy schedule. Would definitely recommend calling to find out about the lessons and they may be able to help you out with private lessons depending on instructor availability. Hope this helps :) Just called to find out about private lessons for you and it's 180 for a home visit. <em>edited by Fitnesschick on 01/02/2014</em>

Thanks Heyjude Shelo09 - what did you do whilst you were waiting for your visa? We're you still in another job? I've been in contact with them and it looks good, certainly cheaper than Dubai. What other negatives did you find with them?

When I was moving some stuff I just drove along a road next to ADD and there are loads of guys with trucks. They will try to rip you off but you can get a good deal if you barter with them.

My friends kids use Absolute Swimming and thoroughly enjoy it. Their lessons are well structured and coaches very enthusiastic so I've heard. Search online for their details or I can get a contact for you.

I have been offered a new (better) job than I am currently in. My contract states that if I leave within 1 year of joining I have to pay a percentage of the cost to relocate me from the UK to Dubai. I'd like to leave as soon as possible but will serve my 30 day notice period. I'll have only worked 10 months of the contract so looking for an idea of how much I'll have to pay back to the company. If anyone could give me advise it would be much appreciated.

Have you seen the you tube videos with how uggs are made and what happens to the sheep/how they are treated. Horrendous and made me think again about buying uggs again

Boxing? Or gym based boxing? Personal training sessions which have been proven to relieve stress, help you sleep better and get fit at the same time. That's only a few benefits. This can be done as family exercise also depending on the kids ages and the trainer

I am not too bothered it it is a male or female, main concern is that they are qualified and properly experienced and have a good track record. Would have loved to have Jane Head, but at 600 aed an hour it just isn't an option for me! Would you like the details of the trainer mentioned below?

I was invited to a corporate brunch with all the employees of PIC and they all seemed very nice, knowledgable and as mentioned below, not pushy. One lady called Nicky was awesome although I think she might have just left.

I just bought an edge last week also from Al Tayer motors on SZR The sales guy Mohammad Lari was awesome. He did absolutely everything for me. Insurance, registration, auto loan. This guy is the nicest and most genuine sales person I have ever met. Gave me a great deal and helped me bargain with the insurance company for the lowest price! I would highly recommend him and happy to give you his direct number if you are interested.

Schiphol is a massive airport but with plenty of things to do. I've spent many hours there between flights. She will be fine. I first travelled there aged 15 and had to find my way to my connecting flight. Managed fine so don't worry!

Hello there does that mean you migth consdier dog sitting - and I will dog sit for you in return? Is the lab spayed? I am looking for someone 19th to 25th July. Late notice but 2 people pulled out last minute!! Also check into Qantas, they now fly to Londond and you used to be ale to bring a dog as 'luggae allowance' ( here is hoping the lab is lean) :) :) check it out. Is this aimed at me?

If weight loss is your goal I'd advise not to do this through shakes/liquid supplements. Research show that when you stop taking it you will put weight back on.
