Alot of hairfall and to more of it, dandruff has also started. Plz recommend some good anti-dandruff shampoos that can actually help and any other tips for the hair loss are higly welcomed! I have used for many years the body shop's ginger anti dandruff shampoo. it works for me. as for the hair loss, i am taking advantage of my pregnancy so my hair is really good at the moment. have purchased the h2o pureblue water filter but we left it when we moved house.

I've dealt direct with the airline for changes to tickets bought through expedia in the past. I did try calling the airline directly but they said since it was bought through a 3rd party agency that i must make the changes through them. which sucks because no one from expedia picks up. i asked my sister in the US to make the call for me and she was on hold for nearly an hour. it's just really frustrating because of the very limited tickets available.

Contact Emirates Environment Group. I think you can bring it to them and their office just on Beach Road near the Dubai Zoo. I also hate just dumping recyclables so now I have bags of plastic and glass bottles at home. Their website is not working at the moment but here is their number: 043448622 I think it is time for everyone to start recycling.

I have bought a deal from Cobone last year for Krabi in Thailand. I did a little search first on tripadvisor and seen mostly positive feedback, I decided to book it. We had a nice time and the hotel was really good. Service and all was fantastic. Contacted/emailed the resort directly to book the dates. I just gave them a copy of the voucher.

Thank you so much Forty_Winks and nickym1d Forty_Winks so glad you recommend them. Was just on Thursday in the Lebanese Bakery and a lady in there had a really nice bouquet, I assume it was from them. Great can pass by after work there. Thanks so much ladies

Try B-Safe at Times Square Mall. Not sure if they have what you are looking for but it's worth a try. They might have some other things that you could use.

You can try Garden Gate on Al Wasl Road. Same side as Union Coop right beside Al Reef Lebanese Bakery. I always buy from them. They make really nice bouquets and inexpensive compared with other florists.

A friend of mine highly recommends a nursery in jumeirah. it's near safa park close to jps. i think the nursery is called jumeirah international nursery. maybe give them a call and perhaps schedule a visit. all her 3 children attended this nursery. also depends on which area you are looking for.

Thanks ladies, I will go for my first scan on 4th I need so many prayers as I have on and off spotting. Forty-wink @ are you having any nausea if yes when did this started n did u hear the heartbeat yet. Hi again Zeynab. Fortunately though, I'm going to be 8 weeks next week and so far, no nausea or dizziness. We've been to a doctor once but we didnt do an ultrasound. I have scheduled an appointment with Dr Nasreen at AH so will only get news by then. I'm really excited and cant wait to hear the baby's heartbeat so maybe we might go one day to another clinic to get an ultrasound earlier. Hope you're getting enough rest.

Was really looking at getting an appointment with Dr Nasreen for our first baby based on all the nice reviews. Apart from that, would you recommend American Hospital over City Hospital during pregnancy and delivery? Any input would be appreciated. Many many thanks!

Hi Zeynab. I also dont have insurance and currently 7 weeks pregnant. DH called ADNIC to find out if we can get insurance. However, we were informed that they now have waiting period of 10 months. They changed their policy this year. So, unfortunately, we can not have insurance. We might get an appointment with American Hospital or City as their packages are very similar. Antenatal will be around 5500-6000 and Normal Delivery is around 11500-12000 for the package. Note that they dont include Epidural and other things but mostly everything will be covered. If you are high risk, you may also want to check out Al Wasl or Dubai Hospital for delivery as I'm sure they work out less expensive than the private ones and has the most advanced NICU in Dubai (pls correct me if I'm wrong). Good luck on your pregnancy.

Hi. Not pregnant yet but planning to. I know it is very expensive to give birth in Dubai, so we are looking for options. I do have company insurance but that does not cover maternity. There is a possibility of waiting period before I can actually use maternity insurance (if I get one) so that means "let's only get pregnant after 6 months or so...". Thinking of checking hospital and clinic packages as alternative. What did you do? Any ideas? Thanks!
