and it's still under construction! oh and apparently its a sister school of Reptons which has been rated 'Good' for years so its not like its outstanding or anything like that to be asking for 65k!!!

thanks ladies, i l isted them is because they have the weekend specials (4 drinks and a meal for 120 pp) which is great. it is hubby's bday and ai am looking at inviting 12 pple... i have been look at entertainer too for their brunch specials online..they have beachcombers but it is not downloading for me.. ooh Hubby works for EK, how much discount for West 14? also looking at brunches but want to have vouchers or else i will end up paying an arm and a leg

Hi, don't despair. It took me a while to find the right maid. It was worth the wait, she has been a gem so far. I know that doesn't help you but don't give up. There is one out there for you. Initially I used Helpers and had the same agency maid for 4 years and she was fab. They may have a maid available for 3 months? Might be worth a try. thanks Tasha.. i now need a full time maid... the maid that was meant to start in Jan can no longer be with us, she is going to Spain.. i am interviewing so many maids a day but not having any luck :(

i have no idea what to do anymore! i am going to pull my hair out! i am so stressed! We have a nanny that comes in every friday... she is simply amazing.. we offered her a good salary and she resigned from her current employer of 10 years and said she can start with us fulltime in Jan... we were sooo happy and excited.. not only that but i also found someone that was willing to work for us for 3 months until our nanny starts in Jan! yesterday our nanny told us that she has decided to go live with her aunt in spain... anddddd.... the nannythat we were going to get for 3 months is now unable to work for us!!!! weekend from ****!

Hi Ladies, thinking about going away to Tukey for 4 days (babymoon)… I am 7 months pregnant and have a 2 year old ...I want to do some sightseeing/shopping, maybe a day of that and spend the rest of the time in a nice hotel and relax.. where can we stay? Hi Ladies, I am due end of July and have decided to go back home (NZ) to have our second baby. I wasted half of my maternity leave nearly 2 years ago when I had my first as I needed to travel 1.5 months earlier. I am healthy and have no complications and was wondering if it might be possible to travel 3 weeks before I am due or is that cutting it too close?

Fullymine that is rubbish ;) Firstly, you need to find out if you will even be paying the Standard Quarterly charge for District Cooling @ Empower. Lots of LL will pay this as part of your rental contract. So firstly, find that out. Then, if you are paying it, it is calculated on sq footage of the apartment. So for the 3 bed + maid (2088 sq ft) the standard quarterly charge is 500 per month (payable in advance quarterly, so AED 1500 per quarter). now, this amount is charged before you even switch anything on. BUT in having it, you have a constant cool air flow in the apartment and require much less a/c. We only have ours on for an hour or so even in summer during the day. So, find that out first. Then, you will have your consumption on top of that. As mentioned, consumption will be minimal because of your fresh air flow. i think the max ours has been per month is AED 200. on top of that, you'll have your DEWA charges, for electricity and water. We have a tumble dryer on a lot and our Dewa bill is around 350 per month. So total for us is 500 + 350 + 200 (max) = 1050 per month but if you are not paying the standard monthly charge you would be looking at 550 per month. HTH. thanky ou so much for the clarification! so its not that bad then! off to have a look at few at lunch!

thanks ladies. and for those that live in the ETs how much do you pay for chiller fees per month or quarter please (2 bed and 3 bed, thats what we are looking at). we were told for a 3 bed its 2000/month!!!!! is that true?
