Thank you for your reply, much appreciated. We have been seeing a neurologist for last year but I don't feel I get any answers or suggestions on how to cope with it. As a parent it is painful to watch my son tic so bad and I do feel very much in the dark. I worry he is going to be picked on as he is in a new class this year and has speech difficulties, just want to find support so that he is happy.
I think I will definitely look into another clinic, thank you for the link, definitely need someone more specialised with children. Also the newspaper article was great, reassuring to know my son isn't the only person affected in Dubai, maybe I could somehow get in touch, so will look into that.
