"The Amazing Liver & Gallbladder Flush" by Dr Andreas Moritz. It is a really worthwhile read and helps flush out stones before they become a real problem. Not the easiest of flushes but is fantastic. I try to do it twice a year and it helped my health issues. However, there are versions on the internet and I would urge you to be wary of those.

Hi jamhind. I have recently dealt with the same issues that you mention in your post. My gynae is Dr Paramjit K Luthra and she is at Medcare Hospital near Safa Park. She has practiced in London and has been here for many years. I really like here although some do find her very direct. If you wish to contact her the hospital number is +971-4-4079100. Hi. The reason that this is happening is because the latest episode has not aired in the US yet and so to fill the slots here, OSN are showing old episodes. We are presently up to date with GA, PP and DH. You can google the next air date in the US which should give you some idea of when we will get them. GA and PP air on a Thursday night in the US and we get them the following Tuesday - not bad really.

Puranmal do very good fresh paneer. If you call them at the Knowledge Village or DMCC branches they can order it for you to collect the next day. Dhs40 per kilo but it is lovely. Can cook it without frying as well

Hi Nadiya I do not know at which clinic you are seeing you your ayurvedic doctor but maybe you can try the doctors at Holistic Health on Al Wasl Road. They specialise in both ayurvedic and homeopathic. Good luck

Was watching 'The View' last night and one of the segments was on making foods that we like but with lower calorie content. The presenter suggested making any of the cake mixes eg Betty Crocker by using diet cola instead of the eggs and oil. Brings down the calorie content per slice to 170 calories so half a slice would probably satisfy the sweet craving. Personally think that it would taste best with the chocolate cake.
