Oh wow.... Thanks girls. I actually didn't think about going up a nappy size! So I am going to try the pampers premium and hope for a dry night tonight and then if no luck I'll buy a bigger size nappy and try that tomorrow! Thank you so much!

Every morning my 5 month old wakes up early with a soaking wet nappy. His nappy is so wet that it breaks open and all the crystals are all over his body and legs. Does anybody have any advice on a nappy that will get him through the night? Or should I start changing his nappy when I go to bed at 10pm?? Thanks ladies!

Now that I have a new baby I've realised that I don't really know what to do in an emergency.... I know I would call 999. But if I wanted to get a hospital quicky where would be my nearest hospital for an emergency? Could I go to welcare at knowledge village or do they not have an a&e? And not 24hours? Or would I go to jebel Ali? Thank you.

Oh dear... It gets more complicated!! I do remember reading about that rule on a post a while ago on here. Perhaps we will just have to pay for the visa for a month before we need her. Thanks for your help!

She is from the Philippines. Her current sponsor is saying that she will have a problem leaving the Philippines with a nearly expired visa. Not sure if the wool is being pulled over my eyes....

My husband and I are in the process of sponsoring a maid and we don’t have a clue what we are doing!! I think we are beginning to understand the visa process from searching other threads on here but now we have a new problem... The maid currently has a visa that expires at the end of March and the initial agreement was that her current sponsor would transfer her visa to us once it had expired. She is returning to her home country in Feb for 2 weeks and now her sponsor is saying that she needs to transfer her visa to us before she leaves Dubai otherwise she will have problems entering back into Dubai as she will only have 2 weeks left on her current visa? That means we will then be providing her with a visa for a month before we actually require her. Is what her current employer saying correct? She still has 2 weeks left on her visa when she returns. Why can’t we just cancel or transfer it over then? Plus what is the actual benefit of transferring a visa rather than asking her previous employer to just cancel it? Thank you so much for your help....
