Does anyone know where I can get wooden pallets from? Or does anyone have any lying around they don't need? Or any have any at work? I need 19 pallets the same size....

Thanks ladies.....the thing is we or our neighbours have no shrubbery and I have seen these things climbing straight up the walls so I don't think the shrubbery would make much difference....I have bricked up the gate but the one rat that escaped the trap literally climbed up over the gate!! I was thinking about a cat but my husband is allergic but like you said if I can find one happy to live outside that might be an option. Pest control have been in and put some traps down but they just still seem to be appearing. We can now contacted the landlord to say he needs to get some people in to make sure all ac vents are closed up...I hate them.....from someone who is OCD and nicknamed Monica this is my worst nightmare!!!

Hi We moved to springs 10 in September. We have two children 2 and 4 and I love it. There is a pool 5 mins walk in springs 12 which is nice, you can use any but not ventured to the others yet as it means getting in the car. There is a lake that you can run walk cycle scooter round which the kids love two mins walk away. We pay 140,000 for a three bed plus study and our dewa is roughly 1400 a month...but as I say only been here since September. there are plenty of gardeners who wonder around and will come and knock on your door when you move in asking if you want a gardener to maintain it for you....I have one that just waters and cuts the grass! Taxis can be a problem sometimes in springs....they do come to the house but sometimes it's easier just to walk to the main road and get one....depending where your going really by they are all fitted with meters and are reasonably cheap. Hope that helps...

I seem to have those annoying little brown ants in my kitchen...I spray and check if I can see where they come from but once they're dead they seem to appear from some other area!!! I also have loads on the grass outside .... It's drivin me mad.....I am constantly itchy and feel like they are crawling all over me....any help would be great.... Used pif Paf and ant powder nothing works!

Hi ladies Sorry to jump in on this but was about to post something similar.....I am moving to springs 10 at the end of September and was wondering how early I would have to leave for safa school? I see that it must be about 6.55....jeez.....that's early! Would love to join in the car pooling for drop off or pick up....my son will be in fs2. Let me know if interested and we can arrange something.. Katherine

Hi mushy peas Thank you for that....I actually didn't know nurserys did fs2 I thought they only did fs1 so that might be a possibility. He was at star international before so really sad that they won't take him back. Not sure where living yet, probably ranches or springs.... Off to hunt this lady down...
