Quick questions about cell phones...my husband has an iphone, but not the iphone 4 S, which he'd like to get when we move to AD. Should he buy it here, in the States, and make sure it's unlocked, or can he just buy it there when he arrives?
Also, what is the typical cost of a cell phone plan for a family of 4?
