In our villa the landlord pays for any maintenance work.but I guess depends on the landlord if he has only one villa then most probably you have to do it .

Du is the best in my opinion.I had du in marina, great service actually never had a problem. Etisalat on the other hand, what we have now,is soo rubbish.we had to put it cause was only etisalat service on jumeirah and we didn't have fiber optic so we went for the e-vision service.my god I thought I'm gonna disconnect the router and throw it out the window.constantly jammed sim card error and u have split bills for ur cable and Internet and land line.we moved to e life after they connected the fiber optic but I swear was the worst day ever.they came at 11 oclock and stayed until 6 pm:\: . Thought I'm gonna kill them or just pull the cable and buy a dish. Took 24hrs for the programs to update and the remote it's rubbish.

Is it just me or this salon ink, hair works are just ridiculously overpriced?I've try hair works at jbr after hearing so many good things and reading in ahlan about ivvone but seriously I could't be more disapointed.the salon is more like a 2star cheap place and the prices are soo OTT.I paid for full highlights(only the roots actually where highlighted cause according to ivonne my hair was to damaged to go further), a treatment that was actually forced more than recommended and a blow dry 830dh??!!!seriously?!!!not to forget that actually ivonne wanted to let her shampoo girl blow dry it and then charge me 170 dh for something that I could have done much better at home with an iron. Never tried salon ink but I checked their prices and honestly unless they are in bur al Arab so I can justify their rent,I will not pay that amount, and I'm a girl that does blow dry every 3days and takes her hair very serious.

It's a shopping paradise, you can find even the OTT Hermes birkin.rather than that I found it quite boring to tell u the truth and I couldn't get adjusted to the time difference at all. For me best place to live is right here, our lovely dxb;)

me and my husband went to see al barari villas. we loved the b type it was stunning inside and outside, the show case villa i mean, but at the end we decided its overpriced because of the location. we decided to buy a plot on jumeirah and build in one 1 year our own,for the moment we are in a rented house.

if you wanna deal with kids you def need a licence.you dont need an angry mom to go to the police. try convent garden in jbr, u dont need a licence and they give you a stand so you can showcase your items.should start now again,i think in october or november.

it depends on the business, legally u are not allowed to practice any type of business without a licence in dubai, but i know a ot of people that do. be carefull though if one of your clients goes to the police in order to complai.u might get deportation

i thought the post its about the mercedes car, SLS :). joking aside, its a big deal all over europe this subject but i think its little bit over reacted. If we should worry about everything we do or use in our life the we will leave in a cave(no sun exposure, therefore no skin cancer),eat from our own garden(no hormons in the food) and walk instead of useing cars(no more pollution).basically no life!

Brawn are the best in epilators in my opinion.I don't use it that much,I prefer waxing but it's very handy when you need it.I recommend you the cord ones not cordless, they simply ran out of battery when u need it the most and u need to wait for it to charge for 1hr before u start again.

Legally you cannot cause that's way they ban the websites so you cannot have access go them, but there are some you can install on your own risk. I had ultravpn,it worked for 1 week and after that cannot connect anymore with it.idont know if if I'm being paranoid but I thought somebody knew I'm using it and they simply disconnect it so since then I didn't bother installing a new VPN program. Hope it helps
