In addition to pest control, caulking the entire house will hopefully seal the problem as the roaches are flexible and can squeeze in any gap - no matter how tiny. Sometimes roaches also migrate from the sink etc. and if so they won't last ages because you would have caulked the entire house. So they will have to have their babies elsewhere!

The Kerala/ Ayurvedic community would be able to recommend a person who practices Ashtavaidya.

Dr. Hauschka is very light and I believe that they have creams with SPF in it too. But I'm not entirely sure tbh. The cleanser, moisturizer and creams are feather light and smell great (not overpowering if you are allergic to certain perfume smells and creams). The name sounds German but I've never actually read about its origins. Hope this helps.

There is an Ozzie brand called Sukin which is really lovely (on the cosmetic side of things). Health wise I have hypothyroidism which contributes to hair loss. And the biggest culprit is eating and sleeping on time. As only your GP can trace your medical issues, my contribution therefore would be eating varied foods, sleeping and exercising. Children, family and friends who care about you are the best vitamins around : ) p.s. like Ruth I too take VitD3 (as it is lacking in those with hypothyroidism)

I'm having a similar procedure done. And prior to the UFE a biopsy has been done, a pap smear. If the pap smear is not okay then a colposcopy. And after that a UFE if the womb is a candidate for the UFE. Hope this helps.

Personally for myself, I searched for a long time and consulted with different people? My dentist recommends Marvis Anise Mint - https://barbercompany.com/uk/zubnaja-pasta-marvis-anise-mint-85-ml/ ...
Personally I feel that the Weleda toothpaste brand (British) for children is brilliant as it is fluoride free. I always carry my stock as I've no idea where this is stocked in Dubai.
