I've looked and can find gynecologists and oncologists in Dubai, but not a gynecologist oncologist although they do exist in other countries. If anyone knows of one can you please let me know as soon as you can.

Thanks for the feedback. I just had a quick look at GulfCare and unfortunately it doesn't look as if they cover life insurance. Still, will keep what you said in mind about research etc, as this is an important decision that I don't want to mess up.
