I think the 'visitor' term applies to those who reside in Doha but live in another compound and just come in to use the facilities with friends . It shouldnt apply to your grandchildren . They are family living in Flat x .

Yes you can (sponsor an Indonesian maid ) . There is a ban on Filipina maid visas now - in case you havent already heard . You could also sponsor an Ethiopian or Sri Lankan .

I heard the same . They have donated the animals to other zoos across the world and are currently expanding and rebuilding the zoo . Shame . Had a great park even if you didnt particularly want too look at animals .

I did the car plates and I had to wait in the queue like everyone else . I went around 8 am . Finding a parking spot for the car while I sorted out the new carplates was what took the longest time . Everything else went pretty smoothly . The whole process ( car parking not included - but then I am notoriously lousy at parking ) took 20 minutes .

Beverly Hills Al Rayyan is exactly 7 minutes away if you take the back roads . There are also a bunch of compounds right behind Burger King which are also ridiculously close .

They have another number as well . 44677701 . We had issues with the agency that brought in our maid . They tried to extort us but Futuregate solved the issue in 48 hours and at the fraction of the price . Good Luck !

Why dont you contact Futuregate ( 44677801) ? They are a Real Eastate company that will not charge you ! They only charge the landlords - so you have nothing to lose and they will make your life a lot easier .

You should get the GHD . Its not cheap but its very easy to use , very effective and will not fry your hair . You can also use it when your hair is still wet which is a plus .

I have the same problem . Im a UK 10 in the lower half , usually . But on a good day I can actually squeeze into an 8 . On the top however Im a 14 . Over the years Ive learnt that you must must MUST invest in a good bra with under wire cups . Stick to materials like jersey that skim but are not too tight and steer away from anything with buttons . I bought the most amazing asymmetrical dress from ABS ( I can never go strapless ) and dresses in Zara mostly fit well . I can feel your pain ( sigh!)

Hi RachelA , I have seen it at Glow . A lady was getting her nails done and I have to say they looked fantastic . Think they were for 130 QR . But I have never had them done so cant comment on quality and durability.

I was once advised to buy a rubber eraser and try to 'erase' the marks . It worked at the time but it was a leather purse not linen or canvas . Hope this helps .

Definitely go with Futuregate . The agency that helped us recruit our maid 3 years ago tried to extort money from us when we wanted to renew her contract . They asked us for 4,000 QR just to give us the old contract that they neglected to give us a copy of . I hired Futuregate and they managed to sort out everything including the maid's RP in 48 hours and at a fraction of the price . They do get things done !

Ccdoha , I wouldnt worry yet . They always say packages will be delivered within 2 working days from leaving the US . Realistically though I always find it to be around 4 or 5 days . After that , maybe call the Aramex people or pay them a vist .

Hi there , If all else fails I suggest you contact Futuregate . They are a service company and they come highly recommended . There were some issues with my maid's contract and visa ( thanks to the agency whose intention was to blackmail us in order to sort it out . Long and annoying story ) I contacted Futuregate , gave them the papers and had everything sorted out in 48 hours . Good Luck !

If its a root canal you are looking for then I would strongly recommend Dr Fady at the British International Dental Center (44117755 ) . I needed to have one done and it was virtually painless . The clinic was quite impressive too .

Le Cadre is right across the street from the Mercedes Showroom . I was there recently and due to the road works you have to park behind the fence ( You will know what I mean when you get there ) and then walk through all the sand and construction machines .
