Hi there's Dr Sattar, Respiratory specialist at City Hospital or a Pulmonologist at Welcare Hospital...can't remember his name. If you can't get to see either, see an Internal Medicine specialist at Mediclinic Dubai Mall or City Hospital
Hey...i'm a paediatrician in Dubai...hope I can help.
Based on the post-grad degrees/experience you hold you can apply for a General Physician license or for a Specialist in Family Medicine license. For the GP license, you need 4 years post internship experience before being eligible for the exam. For a Specialist license, you need 4-5 years of experience after clearing post-grad exams (like American board/MRCGP). After submitting all your attested documents, the DHA will call you for the exam which is basically a 4 member panel interview where they ask commonly encountered case scenarios. Upon passing this you can apply for jobs. Alternatively, you can apply for jobs first and if it is a reputable clinic/hospital, they will organise and pay for your license, as long as you pass it.
