designate a place for everything.....before going to bed,ask your children that all the things go in THEIR places.my 4 year old is more organized than my 6 year old...and is uncomfortable when something is out of its place..the older one doesnt bother...but when I am really mad...after a couple of shouts, they do a good putting away job...but ONLY when I am MAD at the mess;P

good home environment...if I had to choose, can always do homeschooling....but not vice versa that is you cannot replace or substitute with anything your environment at home.

5[b'>'[/b'>7[b'>"[/b'> = 5 foot 7 inches. *feet* lol not strictly speaking true, as you should use "foot" when it's being used as a compound modifier - so if I were to say "Johnny ran twelve feet before he fell over", that is correct, but if I say "I am five-foot seven", then that is correct. Same as "he caught a ten-pound fish" and "The fish he caught weighed ten pounds" It apparently harks back to when English had declensions (genitive in particular). [i'>That's[/i'> why I love grammar. :\: made me remember my grammer lessons from school..

Ok, sorry, mum of a toddler here so I have no idea what I am talking about, but what is so wrong with "not fitting in" with things like this? By giving in aren't you teaching them to live for the neighbors?? I went to public school and there was always a disparity in income levels among kids. Parents explained early on what the deal was and that while we were not poor, they did not believe in spending on fancy (pencil cases or sthg at that time). I understood and I had real friends who were my friends for who I was and not what I did or did not have! Apologies for being contrary. I totally agree with you, I know it is very difficult for kids as well as for parents to make them understand, its not about affording it, it is about giving in, You know that you can afford BB, but later the trend starts for something over the top expensive or something you dont aprove of ,then?

hmmmm...when I was in school, birthday meant a non-uniform day, standing in the middle of class and everybody singing the birthday song for you...and the birthday girl handing out a teeny tiny toffee . But birthdays now are like extravagant, either in places like magic planet,aquaventure...or if it is in class Cake+huge bag of goodies, but everyone CANNOT afford that, and it is very difficult explaining a 6 year old, when she wants her birthday LIKE her friend's party...sorry for going off topic..

Sorry for deviating from the topic @moonbean hoW does insanity work, I mean I have seen that you get 12 set of dvds and along with that a book to tell you which excercise to do when,..so it is no use downloading it ,without the book, did you get the actual insanity dvd ,or you downloaded it? TIA edited by husam on 24/11/2011 Insanity is crazy stuff believe me! I think even Jillian would passout doing it! But I would not have been able to even consider doing it if I had not started with Jillian, I give her credit, she made me a lot fitter. I downloaded it and the download that I had came with the diet plan as well as the workout plan. It's a good workout though. Lets see what results I get...... seriously?then I think I will do it if I manage to do the level 4 of the ripped in30... right now towards the end of the level 1....have you lost any weight doing jillian's excercises? I dont seem to loose much:(

I have two daughters, older one was born with two tiny teeth, and the younger one with one tooth, older one is now 6, it remained the same size throughout that is did not grow at all, a month back the first tooth, loosened and fell off and then after two weeks the other one...so my daughters alhamdulillah, never had problem with the birth tooth, but since your doctor said that, your baby's tooth is loose, its a bit of a concern

What I found is when I go to the the dairy section, for fresh milk always the front row of milk is from the day before and when I dig out a bottle from the rows behind I will find the bottle with same day's date...dont know about other places but,it happened to me many times in carrefour. The supermarket people are quite clever:) this is standard practice wherever you live - what would you have them do - throw a whole load away ? the milk here seems to keep ages anyway.. Yes, I know that, but I dont think they throw away the milk, they will have leftovers anyhow, maybe they reuse it to make yogurt ....? not sure though. I was just saying this because,if people who are interested in buying the milk of the current date should dig out from the back,I used to be a careless shopper,I used to,just grab a random bottle of milk and toss it in the trolley, obviously I picked the bottle in the front row, which I later found to be 3 days old, was just talking about it with my friend and she sai that generally the current date bottles are shoved in the back rows. I dont expect them to throw away, just want ourselves to be more aware so that we can choose and find where to get current date and where to get old date,i am sure there are many people unaware of this like me..maybe not. it's still within expiry - not as if they're trying to sell milk that's out of date...so everyone takes the newest and yesterday's gets left to be thrown away !! Did I say it was expired? If you want old ones take it from front row, if you want new ones take it from the back rows...thats the only thing I wanted to say...if you already knew that...Good, But i didnt knew it earlier...so for ppl like me,maybe its a tip.

1) The Baroness three reasons first ,cheating her husband ! and second being stupid,if she had waited for the baron to return she could have made up a story that she went to a friend's house or to a doctor for emergency, one may say LYING is so bad in a relationship, but come on,this woman is cheating,so lying is no big deal compared to that..the worst that could happen was their marriage would be broken, but she would be alive... third for choosing a mean Lover over her husband, I mean if you had to cheat,at least should have chosen one who would stand by you in good and bad times.... 2)Lover when the baroness can ditch her husband, couldnt he help her when she needed him ? 3)husband for terrorizing his wife, and only because of his terror ,the baroness wanted to get back to the castle desperately, husband-wife should never be afraid to talk about anything under the sun(well except cheating of course) but obviously the reason for not letting out the baronness was not the cheating ,it was something else and they were not able to communicate...so the baron failed here to encourage communication rather used harsh threats..! and then I personally dont think boatman, friend or madman are responsible for her death because, boatman was only doing his job, friend was being a GOOD friend by not helping her, you know sometimes a friend need to say a firm NO for the friend's benefit...and then lastly mad man was mad man afterall...what would you expect from him?

Herbalife are protein shakes and also some tablets, to lose weight , you need to replace 2 of your meals with the shakes and you can have 1 balanced meal, you also get tablets which are cell activator,cell-u-loss,active fibre, and multivitamins....whcih u need to have 3 times a day....I think its from US, not sure though...there are some dealers here..someone was talking about her on the forum sometime back...i think nina...not sure though HTH

I got married to someone from the same country but a different state, and first couple of years were cultural shock for me....and I am talking about same country....I have been married for seven years now, and things tend to settle down very slowly in the cross cultural marriages as the couple needs to get accustomed with a new things of a different culture,it maybe new to you for family get together on weekends, maybe he was brought up that way, where he spent every weekend at his grandma's house. If I were you I would be happy to be free from the hassle of cooking during the weekend :) Regarding prioritizing,I cant really comment on this as,I feel the same,my husband's top priority is his mom, couldnt really do much about it all these years... But,yes you do have to speak to your OH about the things that you dont like especially 'take it or leave', because if he did not realize how harsh that sounded,he should be reminded that was very HARSH, so that he doesnt repeat the phrase...
