It's good to know. However, I was not in the courts, but in the notary office where you translate and authenticate documents. So it's not only if you have a court case. And knowing that I am always dressed conservatively, below knees and elbow length sleeves, that was not enough, what is required is long skirt and long sleeves.

Also, Argan oil is something I cannot live without!! It's amazinggg. =) Non-greasy so you use it right after you wash your hair...and ur all set to go. Makes the hair so soft n shiny.. I haven't heard of it. Where is it available? You find Argan Oil in Organic Cafe, quite expensive though

If you can buy a "cloth" one rather than the usual plastic/latex. Can't tell you where to find them here as I got mine in my home country. It obviously is stretchy but not nearly as pinchy, tight or painful as a latex cap. I got one from M & S Dubai Mall and another one from Bloomingdale's in Dubai Mall.

We have been to Ngorongoro crater and the Serengeti in February/March this year and it was the most amazing experience as it was not only the migration season but when most wildebeest calves are born in a very short window. We have been told that in November the animals are migrating south through Loliondo and the east side of the Serengeti National Parc, so you might want to organise your trip accordingly. In Zanzibar, we liked only the visit the old city and learn about its history. Would definitely go back to Serengeti but not to Zanzibar.

I heard, but not quite sure, that you need to go to the nearest DHA health care centres, such as Al Rashis Hospital, Al Wasl or Dubai Hospital and present your registration number and/or the receipt you obtained when registering on line, and they will provide you with the card. Why not calling the Customer Care on 800DHA

I know that for the internet interruption, there was the new damage to the underwater cable which caused the slow down of internet which seem to have taken longer than expected to fix. But Du announced that everything should be back to normal by now.

put the rinsed and pat dried chicken in a pot, cover with cold water and bring it to gentle boiling allowing you to skim all impurity, once this is done add one onion stuck with 2 cloves, one carrot, one sprig of celery with leaves, and 8 to 10 black pepper grains, season with salt . Let it simmer uncovered (this will give you a clearer broth) for about 45 minutes to an hour depending on your size and quality the chicken. I normally prepare this one day ahead allowing me to refrigerate the soupe and skim the fat for a healthier version then warm the chicken in it just before serving.

Try in the same time to ask for appointment on line through thei website. I have tried to make an appointment by phone and could not have it before 3 to 4 weeks, but in the same time I filled in the request online, and got an appointment within 3 days. Good luck
