The Maclaren Techno XLR is wider and is just perfect ... does anyone out there have a 2nd hand one for sale by any chance?

My son is 3 years old, about 13kgs. He is disabled and is more comfortable in a lying position.
I'm looking for a stroller that will lie back , is lightweight and easy to handle when we go on a flight.
Anyone got good ideas about what brand I should look at ... or a 2nd hand one that will suit us?
