Hi All - just joined Fitness First in Ibn Battuta. For Aed 399 per month - you have access to the gym and unlimited classes of Zumba, Yoga and Power Yoga, etc. Visited my 1st Yoga class yesterday for an hour. Body hurting all over but very good. Talked to a few people in the class and they said if I keep it up not only will I lose weight but the body will get toned all over. Plus it will help me also to get good sleep - as am insomniac. There was an Indonesian female who was the instructor but I believe there is also an Indian instructor who I believe will be taking the class tomorrow at 8:30 am for an hour. So do check it out. Good value for money!

As previously posted - try: www.bondstjeweller.com They are wholesalers and truly professional. Have been around for 3 decades and have branches in London, Antwerp, Dubai, Mumbai and Delhi. Truly worth it. GIA certified staff

A piece of advice to confirm that this doesn't happen. Visit the diamond wholesalers who supply to all these expensive retail shops. All info on their website: www.bondstjeweller.com edited by inga3 on 15/08/2011

Just got home from a late dinner and thought I would check my post. Wow - thanks rob123 for the clarification below. Also while at dinner got a email from Sara Ashraf that she can see me earlier - so hopefully will be able to see her Tom or on Thursday. Quite excited about this as reading up on SR more has made me feel even more interested now. Good night!

Thanks Sue62 - Yes exactly. Have talked to quite a few people in the UK and US (friends and their friends) and they have all cited that it really is quite effective and one can remove most of their blocks, inhibitions, stress. Works equally for pre-teens and teens.

Hi! Just read your concerned post. I think I have the right person for you. Pls email me at ingabond7 at gmail dot com. A very nice lady who is really excellent with children. Heard about her from a friend who especially flew in from Singapore in connection with her 9 year old daughter who was going through a tough phase in her life. I believe the results were quite encouraging and this friend of mine has contracted this lady for another 3 months as she really did a great job in getting through to her daughter.

Hi! Had read somewhere on EW that quite a few readers had gone to these jeweller wholesalers and they supply their diamonds and jewellery to most of the retailers here in the UAE and GCC region. One question - would they entertain people only from the trade and people known to them or if I wanted to just buy 1 diamond or piece of jewellery, can I also visit them. If that's the case - can I know the location as have some guests arriving also who would like to go. edited by inga3 on 26/01/2011

Have been hearing marbles falling since the last 7-8 years. Firstly in London in our house and then on moving to Dubai. Was staying in Golden Sands and heard them there as well and now living in Dubai Marina and same thing here as well. Have googled the same and apparently this is becoming more and more common in all parts of the world. From the US, to Europe, Middle East and the Far East. People say it's pipes but then what about the sound of furniture being moved around in the middle of the night. Very weird. Used to happen at late night after midnight but just last week heard it around 5:30 pm and it kept happening for 20 mins and then it stopped. And I do not think it's pipes - just something very weird is happening.

You can also try the Westin Grand. Grt location and right next to the Sky Train (Metro) for getting around and not getting stuck in traffic - as it is quite grid locked edited by inga3 on 19/01/2011
