We're buying ours a Pandora bracelet each with too, it was always welcomed with love and thanks in my home country, my standards don't change just because I am in Dubai and I know from friends who are teachers, it's the thought and effort that c It's not really like that. We usually contribute 100dh per class. Usually split between 2 or 3, teacher and TA or teacher andTA and CA. We got Burberry items and pandora items for all of them but we have staff discounts, so it's NOT like we are spending thousands of dirhams! One year we couldn't decide on a MOE certificate or Tiffany necklace for the CA, and we finally gave her the tiffany necklace. We knew she would be spening the certificate on things she usually has or even gifts for loved ones; but this was something she would never be able to buy for herself. I personally like handmade cards and sentimental gifts like something engraved or photos wood laminated, however no one minds a special designer treat! MIL is visiting and my good old vidal sasson hair dryer that I bought from Union Co-op, which I use every second decade:cool: is not up to her standards! She says if the [b'>thingymajig where the air blows out of is not long enough it makes the hair frizzy[/b'>!:\: I thought humidity did that! Oh welll long story short she wants a professional one with a really really big round brush. Where can I find these delicacies? LOL Do any professionals know if there is any truth to this? I want to know if I should argue or shut up?hehehehe:cool:

Wanted 3 sets of twins when I was a teenager, decided on 4 when I got married, decision remained until I had baby # 1, decided on 3 when I had baby # 2, kept on postponing pregnancy cause DS was sooooooooooooooo attached to me. Waited over 2 years for him to be ready for another sibling! I don't like big gap ages between siblings and I thought it was too late when he was finally ready!!! I have 2 now, I adore them I am very very happy wouldn't have it any other way. However, if I had to recommend a number to someone else in this day and age I would say stick to ONE child! HTH
