Hi Amyly, I was wondering the same. I have been snapped twice in the last 2 weeks and have used the same road the last couple of years without fines. These are the first two since been in Dubai!

Hi Artemis2, I mentioned a fitness club on here last week that do a few ladies classes and they are located in Al Barsha so not far from motor city as they are straight off Hessa. Im not sure if the timings suit you for the classes though. I was also going to put a post on here as they have asked me what times do they think would be best for mums and babies classes but I have no kids so said to them I would ask on here. Any advice on fitness class timings for mothers out there that have babies?

Hi Cleopatra, I checked out 121 Fitness Club timetable and they offer classes such as bodypump, FUNK, kickboxing, boxing and Yoga plus a few others I think around 7pm and 7:30pm. There is one at 8pm as well which is called BARRE Fitness not sure what it is though. Hope it helps.

Hi Einstein, Just saw this post am new to expat ladies. I tried a new fitness club which speacialises in classes only. They run classes at the time you are looking for as well. its called 121 Fitness Club. Im sure if you search it you will be able to find it online or I think they have facebook. Hope this helps.
