Does anyone know where i could pick up some baby gaviscon, my little one is refusing to touch his bottles and when he has a sip he screams the place down! Will i need to get a prescription?

My husband has just secured a job in Abu Dhabi and looks like we will be heading over in October/November time. My husband is in Cairo working at the moment and myself and my son are in the UK. I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good nursery to put my boy in, he's 20 months and full of the joys, also a good family living area!
I have just found out I am pregnant again so advice on a doctor would be great as well!
