I have just recently moved back to Dubai from Australia and whilst I was there I was seeing a naturopath for hormone balancing and help with severe period paid. I have very low vitamin d and very high cortisol levels as well as low progesterone. I am now on natural supplements to help. I have also had a gene test which showed I have a mutation of the MTHFR gene. I would like to continue with a naturopath in Dubai but no idea where to start or see gynaecologist that helps with these issues as I would like to start having children soon but worried about high risks etc. Any information would be greatly appreciated :)
