Thanks for replies, it's a minefield!!
I have emailed around 10 schools today to ask about availability and 3 instantly replied that they weren't taking anymore on the waiting lists...
Have applied for 4 schools for both boys so have everything crossed something will come up.
Lella - have had a look through your post and got some good ideas. My husband is moving over on Feb so will get him to ask around about any new schools opening and he can check them out.
It'll be a massive relief once it's sorted! Good luck getting a place for your little one too
