There is a law professor at Qatar University involved with the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative. I don't know her name, but you could call around and find out! Last year she took on an intern.

If anyone is interested in working a few hours in between the hours of 4-8pm every day (except Friday), look into Oxford Learning Center near Landmark. You make your own schedule on a weekly basis and sit with three kids each hour and help them through their work (English, math, science.. you choose) and correct their mistakes. Pay is generous and it's a fun place to work.
