cbse is central board of secondary education mostly followed in india, could anybody please advise the difference of teaching adapted in schools in uae (abu dhabi)

It would be kind if any of you could give me inputs on cbse and o level, their
1. differences,
2. teachings ways in uae (abu dhabi),
3. which is best for kids in long run and
4. best schools in abu dhabi.
Appreciate if the parents who's kids are already getting educated in any of these levels advise with their views and votes.
