Thanks. I have heard about the power lines/access issues but not the flooding. Here the roads flood every time it rains up to knee level. I dont mind that - just have a 'rain day' at home but it has never flooded the house! Hmmm I guess I need to think about that then.....

Thanks- I will take a look. Wow ... so everyone is doing a lot of driving then! Im guessing most people need 2 cars then for work and home.

If you are/have lived in sas al nakhl- did you like it? Any tips on choosing a villa? How does the Spinney's rate ? Is the produce nice quality? Would you say its easy enough to commute from?
