Thank you, my budget is actually on point for what I'm looking for but they seem to want to sell off certain places that are on their books rather than show me what I'm looking for in an apartment/area. I'm not necessarily after the "views" either, it's a good location for me to get around for work and play.

I'm currently apartment hunting in the Marina area and have spent the last two weeks being shown accommodation that doesn't fit my criteria, is way above my budget or is just downright grotty!
I am looking for an agent who will actually listen to what I'm after and not waste either of our time, if anyone has any recommendations that they've used in the last couple of months then please let me know. I'm ready to move in and fed up of sofa surfing and living out of a suitcase...
