Hi Ladies, I am looking for a dress maker for my wedding dress. I have heard so many conflicting views about getting dresses made here. I dont just need the dress made but I need help designing it too - so I would preferably like someone who could help with this too. I went to Provonias but they don't have all the dresses in the store, and I dont want to order without seeing and trying it on! Thanks x

Hi ladies, I am looking at starting tutoring in the afternoons for kindergarten and primary students. I used to tutor in South Africa and have tutored all ages from 6 years old (learning to read) all the was up to high school. This year I will be completing my PGCE in mathematics and accounting. Is there a large market for tutoring? IF you could give me your thoughts, I would really appreciate it.

Hi Nickyschick. I wrote a thread about DRC about a month ago, but now I can't find it... but let me tell you about my expereience with them. My company rented a car from them and everytime I tried to call them to tell them I was going to fetch the deposit they always had an excuse. The cheque is ready, but not signed because the manager is not in. The manager was in an accident and hasn't been to work. The accountant isn't in today. It was a joke!!!They promised me on numerous occasions that my cheqe would be delivered to my office but it never happened. I went to their offices on SZR a number of times and they always told me to come back after 7pm another day. So one day I went at 7.30pm and there were 4 people waiting in their office for deposits, cars being confiscated etc!! I dont like getting angry but I got absolutely furious and started shouting (ashamed, but its all that was left for me to try!). I threatened to call the police and refused to leave until I got my cheque. Still, they had more excuses!! Got out my phone to call the police and then they called me into the back office, they wrote me a cheque , signed it (the manager was there and had always been there!!) and I left in a huff. By this time, more angry customers were in their offices! I went to the bank the next day to deposit the cheque. POST DATED!!! a month ahead!! They must be having serious problems. Do not use this company - they will only give you problems!!

uh, having a little think again about the flight . You may need to get off the flight in Bangkok but you will return straight to the boarding gate. I doubt you will have any time to go use the lounge etc.

Hi Kylie, I used to be crew for Emirates. The Dubai - Bangkok - Syndey sector is all on the same plane. The passengers stayed on the flight in Bangkok , just while there is a crew change. They should check your luggage all the way to Sydney. As for hand luggage, they are not strict as long as the amount of luggage is reasonable. One hand bag and one mini pulley is perfect! However if you arrive with two pulleys(or one EXTRA large bag), the crew have the right to offload into the cargo. Hope this helps and hope all the info is still correct (it wasn't to long ago!)
