Also did you try Hypnotherapy for weight loss? and how was it? Would you recommend it?
I am in the same shoes as you, and I'm looking at different alternatives.. surgery is my last resort.. a lot of people have recommended Gastric Sleeve.. but i still cant make up my mind..
