We are in very spacious 3 bed with separate outside maids room. 2 bathrooms upstairs, one down and a massive garden. We are in Jumeira 3 - just next to Spinneys on Al Wasl and paid 130k (2 cheques) I think there are many great deals if you shop around. We found ours driving around and called the number on the to let board. I see many in my area between Park and Shop and Spinneys

Hi Niccy I had a similar problem and within 2 weeks managed to reduce my levels without any medication or injections. My problem was fruit and fruit juice - you need to cut that out (the juice especially) For bread, pasta, cereal etc - I switched everything to brown and it made a BIG difference. (Wholemeal pasta is actually much nicer).Bran flakes and a banana for breakfast worked for me as i was also working. For lunch a piece of chicken or fish with salad/veg is fine. If you are on the run a brown bread sandwich with a lean filling shouldnt be so bad. For snacks - edamame beans are good, some almonds, veg sticks and hoummus. Try to cut out the fruit and yoghurt as too sweet Also be careful with tea/coffee etc as the cream and sugar all adds up. Also - no sweets, biscuits, chocolate etc. If you are really strict you will see a big improvement fast. Good luck - hope this helps!

For part time - Helpers are good I also used a full time 8 -6pm girl through a compnay called Golden Service Maids. They were very reliable and cleaning was great
