I completely feel you! They say its because of the water here which has chemical that dries our skin. Imagine I have two kids getting eczema if I hadn't gone to dermatologist, it would have been worse.
As for adults, topical products will do, however I find it hard to find the right skincare for my skin, so I went on the checking other products that might help my skin. I went using Relumins Advance glutathione - these are supplements or oral intake.
