I've tried these capsules by Philosophy. (http://www.philosophy.com/skincare-drynessanddehydration/when-hope-is-not-enough-capsules-product#BVRRWidgetID) It did make my skin feel smoother... But I prefer using Vitamin E oil instead.

A vacancy has been posted online... with a closing date as August 31, 2012. So I'm guessing we won't be seeing it open until September, at the earliest. Link: http://careers.alshaya.com/careers/alshaya/VacancyDetail.aspx?PageID=0062&VacancyID=45199

The Great Wall of Chocolate at P F Chang's is great! The portion size is huge though. You can also try the chocolate fondue at the chocolate bar... comes with a dipping platter consisting of brownies, berries, etc..

Their sample sizes are inconsistent. They gave a full-sized hairspray once by Kelly van gogh..and a full-size nail polish...the Miriam Quevedo hair masque was truly deluxe, as were the full-sized Elizabeth Arden lipstick and the Vichy thermal water. I also really like their fragrance samples and the tiny bottles they come in. Having said this, the July box was quite disappointing. I'm still going to wait and see how the August box turns out.

Haven't personally had it done, but I keep reading good reviews for Dr Vinod Gauba. You should schedule a consultation with him and decide for yourself.

I went through a lot of bad customer service from Etisalat, for a really long time. Then one day I was seriously annoyed and posted a message on their Facebook wall - making this clear. The problem was instantly resolved!! I even got a call-back... asking me to rate my satisfaction with their customer service =P You should definitely give it a try.

I love their 3 Minute Miracle Moist deep conditioning treatment. Didn't know they sold it here in Dubai. Always bought it from the States.

I have also been given the manager's number. (The lady you mentioned). Wondering if speaking to her will do any good...because I believe the Dept. of Eco. Dev. needs to see an effort from the consumers side - thereby ensuring that Micro has acceptable number of opportunities to resolve the issue. I have been speaking to their sales agents so far and am tempted to just contact the DED directly. =( edited by Lady_SilverX on 26/06/2012

We also had problems with Micro in MOE The manageress is so rude! Please call consumer affairs and raise a complaint, they will take it seriously. They told us after 3 times of fixing we should be given a new phone. they came to the shop with us to sort out. Please if you are reading this Never buy from there it's not worth it. The are also very ambiguous about what warentee they offer. How did it end for you? Did they give you a refund or just replaced the device? I am so frustrated! Seriously thinking of demanding a refund.

I am also having trouble with my iphone4S bought from the Micro Digital at MOE. I bought it two months ago - it's battery has been replaced and it has been 'fixed' twice. I am demanding a replacement device but they keep insisting on repairing it instead. Who do I complain to?

I have been going to one for years (5 to be precise). No issues. Great prices, more perfume bottles. I get a bit carried away there actually. ;-) Yes, from this shop they are genuine. Would you be able to tell me which shop it is? :) If you'd rather email me about it.. my address is Lady.SilverX at gmail. Thanks! edited by Lady_SilverX on 29/04/2012

Hi av1998 You cannot download apps until you enter your apple ID and password. Every time you download an app, it will as you for this information. You can turn your locations services 'off' by going to Settings --> General --> Location Services. You will see a list of all apps which use it. Turn everything off. You can also turn off notifications by going to Settings ---> Notifications. By turning this off, you won't be notified of any updates on your various apps such as facebook, twitter, etc. Hope this helps!

Hi Ladies - i have had a look at them and the brushes look exactly like my MAC ones which i bought from the shop. The eyeshadow pallet seems like an awesome deal....given the eyeshadows are 80DHS each from the MAC shop. They haven't explicitly mentioned those are MAC eyeshadows right? Or maybe I missed something?

www.theoutnet.com delivers here although they charge (however if you change your country to UAE the prices reduce as the tax is deducted). They use couriers so it's very quick. www.cocosa.com is another good one (however you'll need to use Shop and Ship). I do use Shop and Shio alot though...especially Boden. I hate actual shopping (have a Mall Tolerance level of about an hour) so I get loads of stuff online Thanks Suze63!

You should go into the team @ Bloomies they are amazing and very generous with samples:-) x exactly - kiehl's policy is to give out lots of samples as they believe it encourages brand loyalty...and trial leads to purchase... Oh I didn't know that! I haven't tried their products before but heard good things... Thanks for letting me know =)

Try factory restoring it using the iTunes. If that doesn't work you might need to re-install the whole iOS. (The apple store usually does it, but out here you might need to visit some retailers) They usually check if its a software or hardware issue using some diagnostic tool they have.

Try hard-rebooting. Press the Home button and Power button at the same time until the phone restarts (i.e. until you see the Apple Logo again) and then leave the buttons.
