Hi.. i need an advise pls I went for under eye filler few weeks ago .. and yesterday i had a follow up appointment... me and the dr both agreed that i need a little bit more filler under the eye... it was really good before adding but as the dr said can be improved! After I finished the receptionist told me i can leave because there is no charge for follow up ... In my way back the nurse called saying that i need to pay 2,000 something (after discount) because he opened 2 new syringes... I told her I should've know that before he started ... especially that the touch up wasn't a must !...the first time i paid 5300... its a well known clinic and it was my first time filler and didn't want to risk my self and choose a cheap thing... but i really don't know what to do.. they r calling me I thought i should take another opinion before i answer... i feel it was my right to know because if I knew that i need to pay again i wouldn't have asked for it I thought it was free ...if i have to pay of course i will i'm not going to do something and not pay for it if i have to ... otherwise i will feel guilty for the rest of my life.. Pls advise! Some shops will also do like that style to get additional services or item from them. convincing you but not telling have an additional payment, they will inform late and we already used their services or item. it will be shameful on our side since we are the one who used. if they're not telling you in the very first place then it's their mistake but on the other hand, it's your mistake as well for not asking early.if you want to stand your right not to pay you can, they can't do anything. but it will be also not good to your side as a regular customer coz you already used it. Better to talk and ask little bit less amount for that coz its, not in your plan. Appreciate your advise ... will see what most of the ladies agree for and will do ...?

Pls advise! Hi Lara, If i may ask what was the name of the clinic? and which areas did you do your fillers? Because i am appalled by the price of the fillers! 5300 AED?! what? That is expensive. Usually a filler for lips 2000 AED and cheeks 3000 AED max! So i assume you did those areas. If i were you, i would not pay the 2000 AED asked after! you went to the reception, you asked if there was a charge. So, practically, you did your cross/payment check up. If they have poor communication, too bad! 5300 was only for under eyes .... i did'nt mind because i was prepared and i knew the clinic is pricy ..my first time since under eye is sensitive area i was afraid , read good reviews about the Dr and i agree he is excellent ... but the follow up thing realy upset me .... also the nurse said he opened 2 syringes while i was awake and sure he used only one .... I don't know if it's new or my leftover ones from my previous visit ... Thanks for your advise... ?
