I highly recommend Dr Amit Kumar for any vascular/varicose issues. I got my legs operated with him (laser) and was all great so far. He was very professional and looked like he knows what his is doing.

We did with Smart Cells about three years ago. We did it in Abu Dhabi so all samples had to go to Dubai (they took care of transportation, etc.). What I didn't like much is that my husband and myself were the ones in charge of making sure the collection was ok (we got a kit and instructions). Once the collections done by the doctors at the Hospital were done, someone from Smart Cells came to pick them up.
After a couple of days we were told it was all ok, but when we were about to get our certificate they apologised saying it hadn't gone actually totally well and the number of cells that they got were not enough. We decided to go ahead anyway by paying the full price as we thought that storing whatever had been collected would always be better than nothing! They seemed to be very upset and sent us a nice present (a basket with presents for my daughter) but of course I didn't fix at all what had happened as I was really angry.
We will never know whose fault it was, if it was a problem during the collection (I was still dizzy after the cesarean and constantly asking my husband if the doctors had it done or not, it was all confusing!), or if the problem was the storage to transport it to Dubai or further to the UK, etc., or the amount of blood required was not enough, etc. As said, we decided to store it even when it wasn't enough as it was better than nothing and apparently the cord was ok and kept as expected.
Sorry to add confusion, when the companies sell they make it look as it's impossible that this can happen! Just wanted you to make sure to have your husband or the person who is with you at the hospital well informed and ready to monitor the process. I'm sure it will go all well with you!
I had surgery with another vascular surgeon doctor who I highly recommend (in case you need a second opinion): Dr Amit Kumar. He explained everything to me before the surgery and I really felt I was in good hands. All good so far during and after the surgery.
