Thank you ..I spoke with a few other recruiters and they said the same ..by that time I was over procrastinating about it and just sent it ...But they had said it's a confidential document don't send it. Just so strange. Was fully happy to give references from previous 2 jobs . I've heard of pay slips and reference being asked but this was a first!
