I use Dr Michaels on Al Wasl road too. Ask for Dr. Gabrial (American or Canadian). My husband was the same (a jibbering wreck) had never visited the dentist for over 40 years since having a bad experience as a child. I forwarned them of his fear and now after nearly ten years he actually looks forward to our 6 monthly check ups. Hope this helps!

Panache do a fantastic Sports Bra, the best I've tried yet (I'm a 34FF) Much better than Shock Absorber....
The great thing about it is that it has a tiny clip on the back strap, ease the straps and clip them together and you have a racer back as well.
The support is unbelievable.
