I have a sensitivity to formaldehyde and also to tourline, both of which are used in nail polishes as well. I have had the Brazilian brand keratin treatment, applied by a trained hairdresser (western) and had no problems, I liked the results and my hair was definitely more manageable but I wouldnt have it again as for me personally the benefits did not outweigh the cost.

You can try Loving my Bags at Palm Strip Mall on Jumeirah Beach Road, the flag end. The fixed up one of my Oroton bags and did a reasonable job, otherwise at Dubai Mall in the new biggest shoe shop in the world there is a cobbler. They might be able to do something.

TimTam, I have seen Christina Engman regarding mole check and she was quite thorough and uses mole mapping. I would see her again. However, there was another Ew'er whose DH had a skin problem and saw her and they werent that happy.

We have had some of these children throw rocks at us and our dog, really made me angr. I have also seen strollers and kids left unattended on the track with food and wrappers littered every where, a poor guy running slipped on the drink/food left on the track and really hurt himself. DH and I are forever picking up rubbish on the track and bear the play areas left behind by the maids/nannies/kids. Its actually quite disgusting in some of the little play areas. We also found a little one, about 500m away from the maid and walked him back to her! He must have been gone for about 5 minutes before she realised. Spinnaker, the track is just over 2.2klms, its lovely and has a meandering path in the middle, no lights on yet so its a bit of an adventure after dark!

nakheel are the master developer and are responsible for the common areas, as such they are responsible for this type of thing. They should definitely be your first point of call.

I love this one. I remember the day it happened as our company received a copy of the email from "someone on the inside" and throughout the exchange ended up with updates as it went along. Needless to say it was forwarded to quite a few of our 500 staff who then sent it around, actually made the news that night. [url=http://www.snopes.com/embarrass/email/ham.asp'>link[/url'>

I cant help you with the name of a company but we had pest control in to get rid of bed bugs whilst we were away and our dog was at a friends. Before we brought him home we thoroughly cleaned the apartment, washed all bedclothes as I didnt want him getting sick from the chemicals. I took all soft furnishings outside and gave them a good dose of sunlight and washed just about everything in the house. We had to have the pest control company back about 3 months later to re-treat to make sure that any eggs that hatched were killed and the washing began again! If you do a search of the forum there is quite a lot on pest control companies and others comments on what they have done with children and pets during treatments.

Dolly Parton Princess Laya Tammy Faye Baker Who is Tammy Faye Baker? Google her...the images are hilarious.. (with the exception on when she was very ill) She was the wife of a famous avenglical reverend and I think they ended up divorced following a scandal. I had an 80's party for my birthday and my Mum turned up as Tammy Faye, more mascara and blue eyeshadow and big hair than I have seen for ages. edited by littleone on 21/10/2012

I felt the same way and after checking out tripadvisor reviews felt much more comfortable as quite a few people had booked with them. We ended up doing our booking to the Maldives with them 6 months out . They greeted us on arrival and steered us towards our transfer to the island, we ended up extending our visit and they arranged everything, was even cheaper than booking directly through the hotel. We did however book our flights ourselves as Atoll Paradise were more expensive. We will use them again as we are looking at going to Sri Lanka next year and they have some great hotels and packages and they do keep in touch.

Ladies thanks to all your suggestions I have contacted Atoll Paradise who called me within 20 mins and is emailing me in the next 30 mins. Very knowledgeable and knew all the different atolls and resorts with their transfer times - let's see if she comes back with a great quote.quote'> The first round of quotes we got from them were very high, keep at them and they will come back with something better, giving them a budget also helps. We found them fantastic at responding and they also came up with some other options that were suitable for our needs. For us DH wanted to be able to surf and we wanted an all inclusive and they came back with 2 really good and reasonable options and one that was horrifically expensive! But all it was a great experience with them and with the resort.

We were at Khandooma (Holiday Inn) during Ramadan, was amazing. We booked through Atoll Paradise, they provided us with a heap of different options before we settled on a reasonably priced resort.

The machine we have is with the separate milk frother, which doesnt appear to be on the website. One of the best birthday presents my husband ever got me. I use it every day and love it. I checked the website for the UK, as it has more range, we have the citzi with the frother. edited by littleone on 09/10/2012

You can get the capsules at the Nespresso shops at MOE and Dubai Mall. There are various models to choose from. Love my Nespresso, clean and compact, great choice of coffees and love that they have monthly special blends.

I think it also depends on your home country and what benefits are available for you there. We looked at purchasing here and decided against it on the basis that even as expats the tax benefits (in buying an investment property) we will have once we return home far outweigh the benefits of purchasing here and the risks that we believe are involved with property here. Our risks are our personal beliefs on the market here. Buying property is a very different and personal experience for each person and depends on the end use of the property, how long they want to be here and how they perceive the market in both the short and long term. For my DH and I we had to come to an agreement as we were on different sides of the page. I always go by my gut when buying a property...DH doesnt...and I usually win property decision.

I really don't know about other markets, we went with friends who are not shoppers at all where as I see shopping as a sport! So I didn't get to check out designers or anything else, we did find loads of bars! Had an awesome Xmas dinner at a restaurant called the Blue Duck, there was some fantastic bohemian crystal and some beautiful old buildings. We also took a day tour to the very creepy bone church and the Charles bridge is lovely and it was freezing!!!

I was born in Christchurch but lived in Australia most of my life. ChCh is a stunning city and the people there are very resilent, although many have moved on since the earthquake. My cousins have been telling me that there are many people moving out of the city and with the re-build there is a lot of positivity. Some really pretty areas all over the city to live and if you need to thaw out after winter then its only 3 or 4 hours to Australia!

Hello You don't have to download to your computer. You should be able to just switch on your tv Go to the apple tv page and buy from there if you log in with your iTunes account details. It loads directly to " my tv shows" or "my movies" under your Menu. It's pretty instantaneous ( few secs) to buy and ready to watch. Agree takes much longer if downloading direct to computer first Thanks for this as we arent doing it this way when we buy from iTunes and we are running out of space on the computer very quickly. We just have to manage the other issue with Torrents now! DH use to be tech savvy but I think the heat is getting to his brain and he is now a technophobe, which is ususally followed with a stream of swearing!

I have used Howdra and had exceptionally good and exceptionally poor service. I guess it depends on the agency maid that you get. Can you have a "trial" with each agency with the maid they are proposing to send and see which one is better!

Yes!! We have the same issue and DH seems to think its the Bonjour thingie, ok, I'm not so tech savvy. We ended up buying an expensive HDMI cable and having to transfer most of the downloads, whether mp4 or apple downloads, on to another drive because our computer is so full. Still having the same trouble intermittently, I think DH is about to buy a new computer!

No, not usually. Go to the chemist and get some Ural or magnesium powder to drink and also drinks cranberry juice. If you tell the chemist you have a UTI they will steer you in the right direction. If there is a lot of pain I would see your doctor.

Thanks! I'll give Lee Stafford a try in the meantime. If anyone hears/sees MoroccanOil brand - please post it here :-) Thanks again! I very doubt that you will find the brand here because on its label it has the name of a country that isnt recognised here, starts with an "I". I usually check out various retailers online for my MoroccanOil brand and buy whatever is the cheapest to compensate for the shipping cost. Or stock up when friends are coming over/by/through Dubai.

You can use either but make sure that you can track the order and if you are getting the goods from a China seller use the S&S option. I made an order in May for a necklace shipping via normal mail from China, I'm still waiting for it!

Yes I had the same thing happen in May, eventually after ringing and logging a report on the website (many times) and hearing two conflicting reports on what was happening with my package, S&S deemed my package lost and I was re-imbursed. Initially the service was horrid, then I managed to speak with someone who knew what she was doing, she was actually from S&S as opposed to Aramex and the matter got resolved. Keep ringing that is my best advice. Then, after re-ordering my goods which were received promptly, a few months later my original package turned up! So I had three of the same dresses - my bestie was very happy although we now have to ring up and make sure we don't turn up in the same outfit.
