Ours is walked 4 times a day, including midday which is literally walk out lifts his leg and straight back in, we also carry him over the concrete/paving because its too hot, although during the summer the walks are much much shorter. Even in summer during the walks he goes out strong there have been times I have had to carry him home, he is just too hot and he is little. We have a cool collar for him and always take water during the walk. You just have to watch for the signs of over heating, such as really red gums and heavy panting. We entertain him as much as we can inside during the summer months with his toys and hide and seek to make up for the shorter walks.

I had the same issue with Ralph Lauren, they dont like SnS address either, some dont like freight forwarders at all. Did you go ahead with your purchase? of course...where there is a will there is a way. I managed to get it from Nordstrom. There is always a way around it! Just like Ann Taylor or Coach not accepting overseas credit cards, went and got myself a visa debit card from the SnS referred credit card company. Now have lots of sneaky purchases....hope my DH doesnt see this.

We have taken Mum's there, both friends and our mums, and they love it. It is really quite lovely and lush, the Burj Al Arab is such an icon and for international guests is a treat, its quite pricey but there is loads of food and its exceptional quality. I believe there are two venues, but its been well over a year since I was last there, I dont know if its changed.

Talise Spa has a male only section, the Zabeel Saray Ladies Spa looks AMAZING (i did a tour a week ago), definitely booking that one myself. If the men's one is anything like the ladies it would be a real luxury treat. For a more reasonable option there is SenAsia spa on the Palm, DH said it was the best massage he has had in Dubai. Although he was kinda freaked out it was done by a bloke despite my rantings that he wouldnt get a massage done by femal here, well in the more reputable places anyway!

The main thing you want to check is the date of manufacture of the tyre, please dont go to the guys at the petrol stations, I got completely ripped off by one of them. As tyres have such a short lifespan here you really want a late model one. Here is a link to a TV program from Australia that explains the tyre numbers you are looking for [url=http://aca.ninemsn.com.au/article/8848943/the-recipe-to-save-you-from-a-driving-disaster'>link[/url'>

I have just been in touch with Paul from Global Eye (was recommended by EW) and was looking at Lloyds as well, he has recommended another bank based on what we want the bank account to do. Was easy to deal with him.

I am not sure what I paid because I had vouchers but I think they are around AED2k, not 100% sure, I think HeyCutie and I have the same one and it does do a decent sized area but the washable filters are the best, they take a while to dry particularly in summer but you should see the stuff that comes out of them. Yuck.

My purchase was based on price and looks alone, and it was without the humidifier. I didnt want to have to keep filling it up and guaranteed i would forget and it would dry out and blow up. It also has a night mode, which means no lights on when you are sleeping and its a quieter setting. During dust storms it follows me around the house, I move it to which ever room I am in and it helps with the air quality.

Yes, I use the LG air purifier as I have a dust allergy, it helps immensely particularly when we get dust storms. I use the purifier every night and have our AC regularly cleaned and I clean the air vents every few months. The LG purifier is washable and has a HEPA filter, its one of the main reasons I got it, I didnt want to have to pay to replace the filters and you dont know how often they are available in Dubai. If you do a google search on air purifiers there is a lot of information.

We did MJ's and Rivington Grill over the weekend, both were good menu's, service at RG was excellent. MJ's was a MASSIVE let down for our guests, steak was really awful and the service was non existent. The deal and idea is excellent, just wish the follow through was as good.

as the holiday is sunday it would be dry from sunset saturday to sunset sunday But isnt the "actual" holy day on Monday? I am sure we had the same issue last year when the gov applied the rules to move the day off to make a long weekend but the hotels observed the holy day as the dry day.

banana republic/gap/old navy/piperlime ann taylor veronika maine witchery lk bennett piperlime tory burch nordstrom bloomingdales foot locker Crate & Barrel Skincaremarket eskinstore Studio Calico - scrapbooking Two Peas in a Bucket - scrapbooking I think I have a shopping issue! Actually I know I do. Most of the time I will shop at these stores when they have sales on and use a non UAE credit card. Most of these retailers use Borderfree to process their overseas transactions but you miss out on any sales promotions. I got DH running shoes from Foot Locker at 50% off (current season) and even with Shop and Ship they were AED200 cheaper than the ones here which were on sale. I buy most of my work clothes on line as well because its hard to get a decent suit when you are curvy and not a size 0.

I also like Ann Taylor pants, they are comfy, wash up great and good material, last for ages as they are good quality. They deliver to the UAE without a shop and ship account, but you miss out on their sales. I got a US credit card so I can buy stuff when the sales are on so I use my SnS account and still save heaps even with the additional shipping.

Paperlane only has a very small range, its mainly black and maroon. I buy mine online from either Studio Calico or twopeasinabucket, then use shop and ship to get them out here.

She got offered a job in the private sector and took it. They did speak about it on her last day on the show, she has been gone for a while now. They only announced Richard Dean moving to the morning show today, apparently he use to do that time slot years ago. I do miss Brandi though.

not really - the only reason that there was a global crash is because the Great George W let Lehmans go bust..... Actually the crash was the fault of these bankers doing dodgy lending to those who couldnt afford to repay the debt, then packaging it into marketable products and selling them off with full knowledge that the loans would default and the investment products would become worthless. I cringe when I pay my grocery bill now and its more than I was paying back in 2008.

Just be aware that some of the online stores will not deliver that product to the UAE. If you havent got a shop n ship account it might be worthwhile looking into it if you will always buy that specific product.

I thought tramadol was a banned drug in the UAE. Lots of media articles on people being arrested for having the tablets. But here is a link to list of banned medications in the UAE [url=http://www.uaeinteract.com/travel/drug.asp'>link[/url'>, if there is an issue with it you may need to speak with the pharmacist and see if there is an alternative for your father.

You can't buy the Moroccanoil brand in Dubai because of where it is manufactured. You can buy products with Argan oil in it though.

They spray at about the same time every year as soon as the bugs start, they get into the grass and kill it off. I would be more worried about the fact that the ponds in the middle of the running track are putrid and green and to rectify it they are filled up with chlorine. Quite a few little ones are playing in those with little or no supervision, I would be more worried about a drowning or a gastro bug from the green water.

http://difc.ae/government-services-client-handbook-price-list here is the link to the handbook, tells you how to do it, you need the employee there, the access card and also the Emirates ID card. DIFC are usually pretty good with processing but you can pay extra to have it as an express service. There is also a help line to call, this would be your best bet.

Mine wipes his fingers on the couch when he is eating crisps. No piece of cuttlery, plate or glass makes it to the dishwasher. When he takes out the rubbish, he never replaces the bag. He would ask me every night "whats for dinner" until one night I had had enough and I sat on the couch watching tv after working all day, he came in from a long day at work and I piped up from the couch whats for dinner. After a tirade from him about working all day and the last thing he wanted to think about was cooking dinner I literally saw the light bulb go off. We had toasted sandwiches that night which he made and he has never asked whats for dinner again.

Never mind the dress, what about her shoes??? I am SICK TO DEATH of seeing her in those boring beige LK Bennett courts. She's a young, beautiful woman not an ageing maiden aunt. On the flip side if she wore a different pair of designer shoes every outing everyone would whinge about the money she flittered away on shoes. Then there would be paparazzi photos of her mangled feet from so many blisters. Seeing as I own a pair of these incredibly comfortable but boring beige LK Bennett courts I will merrily go on my ageing aunt way.

It must have been nasty as a boat has beached itself on the island between the trunk and sky dive dubai. It's on a precarious angle and it's well and truly high and dry. Shame, I slept through the whole shebang but I did get to walk the dog in the rain.
