We are looking to purchase a villa in Jumeriah Park - 3 bed-room legacy large However several people have warned us against this due to following: Service Charges not yet defined Major problems with sewage and drainage Dewa - lack of power - causes problems with chilling pool and ac Would really appreciate some feedback especially from people already living there..

My maids visa expires on the 30 June and her husband is going to sponsor her but his passport is currently with immigration and won't be available for another few days. I pay my live-in helper 2500 AED per month she has been with me 3 years.... flight per year has 1.5 days of per week...I believe this to be a fair salary for her and it works well for both concerned parties...
